NFX provides educational content only. Nothing on this website — including videos, courses, live sessions, signals, market analysis, or any results shown — is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Most people who attempt prop-firm evaluations do not pass, and most retail traders lose money.
Prop-firm evaluation and "funded" accounts are typically simulated/demo accounts governed by each firm's own rules; payout eligibility depends entirely on that firm. NFX is not a prop firm, broker, or financial institution, does not hold client funds, and does not manage money or place trades on your behalf.

By accessing this website or purchasing any NFX product, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old. Access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable.
Your access & our content
All courses, videos, materials, and the NFX name and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, share, resell, record, or redistribute any part of the program. Sharing your login or content may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
Payments
The Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly, quarterly, or annually until you cancel. The Prop Firm Blueprint is a one-time purchase or an agreed instalment plan. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; by purchasing you authorise the applicable charges. Prices may change with notice.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NFX and its owners are not liable for any trading losses or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the content. See the Risk Disclaimer above.

This policy explains how NFX ("we") handles your personal data, in line with the GDPR for our EU and Romanian users.
What we collect and why
- Contact details (name, email) — to deliver your training, account access, and updates you asked for.
- Payment data — handled by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe); we never see or store your full card details.
- Usage & cookie data — to run and improve the site and, only with your consent, for analytics and advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers only — such as our payment processor, community platform (Discord), email tool, and analytics/advertising partners — each under their own terms. We never sell your personal data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at support@tradingnfx.com. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and grant immediate access to educational content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Membership: you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial-period refunds.
EU / Romanian consumers: by purchasing and accessing digital content immediately, you acknowledge that you lose the standard 14-day withdrawal right for that content. Any rights the law still grants you are not affected by this policy.
